1. The Promoter

The promoter of all giveaways on this website is Inverell Boating Centre trading as Boat Wins (ABN/ACN as applicable), located at 10A Swanbrook Road, Inverell, NSW 2360, Australia.

By participating in any promotion or giveaway hosted on boatwins.com, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. The Promoter’s decisions regarding all aspects of the promotions are final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.

2. Regulatory Approvals & Compliance

All trade promotion lotteries are conducted in strict compliance with Australian state and territory regulations. All draws are performed utilizing a certified and compliant electronic drawing system approved for use in Australia (Approval No: 1224). Where required by state law, specific permit numbers will be prominently displayed on the individual promotional pages.

3. Eligibility Criteria

Entry is open to all permanent residents of Australia who are aged 18 years and over at the time of entry.

The following individuals are strictly ineligible to enter or win prizes:

• Current and former employees, directors, and management of the Promoter, its related entities, agencies, and affiliates.
• Immediate family members of the above individuals (including spouses, ex-spouses, de-facto spouses, children, step-children, parents, step-parents, grandparents, step-grandparents, uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, brothers, sisters, step-brothers, and step-sisters).

The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of identity, age, and residency. In the event a winner cannot provide suitable proof, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered.

4. Entry Mechanics & Promotional Periods

The opening and closing dates and times for each promotional draw will be explicitly stated on the relevant giveaway page on the Boat Wins website. Entries received outside of this timeframe will not be accepted into the draw.

To enter, an eligible person must purchase a VIP Access Package or membership via boatwins.com during the promotional period. The number of complimentary promotional entries assigned to the entrant will correspond directly to the tier of the package purchased, as detailed on the checkout page.

Entries are automatically registered in our secure database upon successful payment. Entrants will receive a confirmation email detailing their package and their allocated entries. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, or misdirected entries, claims or correspondence.

5. The Draw & Winner Notification

All draws will be conducted publicly. Draws are streamed LIVE on the official Boat Wins/Inverell Boating Centre Facebook page, allowing entrants to witness the results in real-time. The exact date and time of the draw will be published on the promotion page.

The first valid entry randomly drawn from the electronic drawing system will win the specified prize.

The winner will be contacted directly via the telephone number and email address provided during the checkout process within forty-eight (48) hours of the draw. The winner's name (initial and surname) and state of residence will also be published on the Boat Wins website and social media channels within 7 days of the draw.

6. Redraw Procedures

If a winning entrant cannot be contacted, or does not claim their prize within fourteen (14) days of the original draw, the prize will be deemed unclaimed. In this event, an unclaimed prize draw will take place at the same location and via the same electronic system, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. The winner of any redraw will be notified in writing and by phone within forty-eight (48) hours of the redraw.

7. Prize Details & Conditions

Prizes are explicitly detailed on the active promotional page (e.g., Garmin Livescope Bundles, Marine Craft). In some promotions, a specific cash alternative (e.g., $8,000 AUD) may be offered at the sole discretion of the Promoter. If a cash alternative is chosen, it will be transferred via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) to an Australian bank account in the winner's name.

Unless the cash alternative is explicitly offered and chosen, prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. If a prize (or part of a prize) is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.

8. Liability & Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees, and agents) excludes all liability for any personal injury, or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity), whether direct, indirect, special, or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion, including but not limited to, where arising out of the following:

• Any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control).
• Any theft, unauthorized access, or third-party interference.
• Any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged, or misdirected.
• Any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant.
• Use of the prize.
