1. Overview & General Conditions

This website and associated membership services are operated by Inverell Boating Centre, trading for promotional purposes as Boat Wins. By purchasing a VIP Access Package, participating in our community, or utilizing our services, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following comprehensive terms and conditions.

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate memberships, or cancel orders at our sole discretion. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all transactions to ensure your promotional entries and membership benefits are successfully allocated.

2. VIP Membership Packages & Inclusions

Boat Wins provides tiered digital VIP Access Packages. Purchasing these packages grants you immediate, time-limited digital access to benefits including our private Discord community, exclusive discounted pricing on marine electronics, and complimentary entries into our active promotional draws. Specific inclusions are as follows:

2.1 Deckhand Bundle

Immediate allocation of ten (10) complimentary promotional entries into the current eligible giveaway.
Three (3) consecutive days of access to the VIP Discord community platform.
Access to selected standard boating offers, promotional updates, and basic customer support resources.

2.2 Skipper Bundle

Immediate allocation of thirty-five (35) complimentary promotional entries.
Seven (7) consecutive days of access to the VIP Discord community platform.
5% discount on marine servicing labour only (strictly redeemable at Inverell Boating Centre physical location).
5% discount on marine accessories under $200 AUD (strictly limited to items currently stocked in-store at Inverell Boating Centre).
Enhanced access to dedicated boating advice and technical support resources.

2.3 Captain Bundle

Immediate allocation of eighty-five (85) complimentary promotional entries.
Fourteen (14) consecutive days of access to the VIP Discord community platform.
10% discount on servicing labour OR a 10% discount on servicing parts purchased separately.
Strict Non-Stacking Clause: The aforementioned 10% discounts are mutually exclusive and cannot be stacked or combined to create a 20% aggregate discount under any circumstances.
Priority access to professional boating support and technical marine electronics advice.

2.4 Admiral Bundle

Immediate allocation of two hundred and fifty (250) complimentary promotional entries.
Twenty-one (21) consecutive days of access to the VIP Discord community platform.
10% discount on retail products, strictly capped at items under $1,000 AUD (redeemable at Inverell Boating Centre only).
10% discount applied to your total servicing cost.
Expedited priority support access from our marine technicians.

2.5 Legend Bundle

Immediate allocation of six hundred (600) complimentary promotional entries.
Thirty (30) consecutive days of access to the VIP Discord community platform.
Top-tier priority support access, including advanced marine electronics troubleshooting.
Exclusive access to unadvertised VIP offers, private promotions, and inventory.
5% comprehensive discount on eligible purchases made directly through the Inverell Boating Centre website.

3. Store Exclusivity & Discount Limitations

Please read carefully: All membership discounts, pricing benefits, and promotional offers are strictly exclusive to Inverell Boating Centre. They are not valid, redeemable, price-matchable, or transferable to any other marine stores, dealerships, or third-party retailers.

Discounts apply only to the stated categories (e.g., labour vs. parts) and are strictly limited by the price caps explicitly outlined in your chosen VIP package. All descriptions of packages, discounts, and product pricing are subject to change at any time without prior notice at our sole discretion.

4. Membership Active Periods & Non-Transferability

Membership benefits—including Discord access, trade discounts, and technical support—apply only during the active timeframe specified in your purchased package (e.g., 3 days, 7 days, 30 days). Once this period expires, access to these specific benefits is revoked.

All memberships are strictly non-transferable and are intended solely for the registered purchasing member. Sharing account credentials, Discord access links, or attempting to transfer discount codes to non-members will result in immediate termination of the membership without refund.

5. Promotional Entries & Refunds

Complimentary promotional entries provided alongside VIP packages have absolutely no cash value, cannot be exchanged for credit, and do not guarantee a winning outcome in any giveaway or draw.

Due to the immediate digital delivery of community access and the automatic logging of promotional entries, all membership fees are strictly non-refundable once the transaction is completed and access has been activated, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law regarding digital goods.

6. Community Conduct & Prohibited Uses

We maintain a positive, respectful community for boating enthusiasts. Your access to the VIP Discord and associated support channels may be removed immediately, without warning or refund, for any misuse or misconduct. Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to: soliciting others for unlawful acts, harassing or abusing staff or community members, submitting false information, or exploiting any portion of our Service.

7. Governing Law & Contact

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
