At Boat Wins, our delivery processes are split between our digital VIP Access Packages and the physical marine goods fulfilled by Inverell Boating Centre. Please read the terms relevant to your purchase below.
1. VIP Packages (Digital Delivery)
All Boat Wins VIP Packages are entirely digital services. Upon successful payment processing at checkout, your digital assets are delivered instantaneously.
- Welcome Email: You will receive an immediate confirmation email to the address provided at checkout containing your purchase receipt and your exclusive link to join the private Discord community.
- Promotional Entries: Your entries into our active giveaways are automatically generated and logged securely in our system. You do not need to wait for a physical ticket to arrive in the mail.
No physical shipping is required, and no shipping fees are charged, for VIP Access Packages.
Note: If you do not receive your welcome email within 15 minutes, please check your Spam/Junk folders before contacting support at inverellboatingcentre.cwa@gmail.com.
2. Physical Marine Products
If you utilize your VIP access to request and purchase physical marine electronics, accessories, or equipment at discounted rates, these items will be packed and shipped directly from our physical showroom at Inverell Boating Centre.
Order Processing & Dispatch
Physical orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days, pending stock availability. If an item is on backorder with our suppliers, you will be notified immediately during the quoting process.
Shipping Rates & Carriers
Because marine equipment varies drastically in size and weight (from small transducer poles to heavy outboards), shipping rates are calculated dynamically and provided to you directly on your custom invoice prior to purchase. We utilize trusted national carriers including Australia Post, Toll, and specialized regional couriers to ensure the safe delivery of high-value marine electronics.
Tracking Your Order
Once a physical order is dispatched from our Inverell facility, you will receive a secondary email containing the carrier information and your unique tracking number.
3. Giveaway Prize Logistics
For major giveaway winners, the logistics of handing over physical prizes (such as Livescope bundles or marine craft) will be arranged directly with the winner via phone and email immediately following the live draw. Depending on the winner's location and the scale of the prize, this may involve freight shipping, or arranging for the winner to collect the prize from our Inverell Boating Centre showroom.
