At Boat Wins (powered by Inverell Boating Centre), our priority is delivering extreme value and absolute transparency to our VIP members in accordance with Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
1. VIP Access Packages (Digital Goods)
Boat Wins VIP Packages are classified as digital services and digital goods. Upon successful checkout, your package is fulfilled instantly. You immediately receive access to our Discord community, the ability to request exclusive discount quotes on marine gear, and your details are instantly and irreversibly injected into our secure electronic drawing system as promotional entries.
Because these digital assets are delivered immediately and promotional entries cannot be retracted from the live lottery pool without compromising the integrity of the draw for other participants, ALL VIP PACKAGE SALES ARE STRICTLY FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for "change of mind", accidental purchases, or failure to utilize the digital community platforms provided.
2. Physical Marine Goods Purchased via VIP Discounts
If you utilize your VIP access to purchase discounted physical marine electronics, outboards, or accessories, these transactions are fulfilled directly by Inverell Boating Centre. All physical purchases are fully protected under the guarantees of the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
To initiate a return for a physical product:
- Contact us at inverellboatingcentre.cwa@gmail.com within a reasonable timeframe from the date of purchase, outlining the fault or issue with the product.
- Provide your proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).
- Our team will assess the claim. If the item needs to be returned for inspection or repair under manufacturer warranty, we will provide you with a return shipping address.
Please note that we do not offer refunds on physical goods for change of mind or incorrect selection. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the products requested fit their specific marine applications.
3. Technical Issues
If you experience any technical difficulties receiving your welcome emails, accessing the Discord community, or if you believe there has been a duplicate billing error, please contact our support team immediately at inverellboatingcentre.cwa@gmail.com. We are committed to resolving technical issues promptly.
